Eastern Washington University and Community Colleges of Spokane have set up a new transfer
arrangement through which international students can receive admission to Spokane Community College and a guaranteed admission to EWU at the same time.
Under the agreement international students who earn associate degrees at
either SCC with a certain grade point average and who meet a few admissions criteria may automatically
transfer to Eastern to complete their bachelor’s degrees.

These Dual Enrollment Programs have the following benefits for students:
- Pre-admission to the University of their choice.
- Eligibility for scholarships.
- Special consideration from advisors in planning the University transfer process.
- No further applications are required.
- No TOEFL score is required.
There is no obligation under this program. Students are free to apply for transfer to any academic institution at the conclusion of their A.A. program. The Dual Enrollment Program simply creates an option for the student. |
