Eastern Washington University (EWU) - Conditional Acceptance
Eastern Washington University offers an unmatched quality and breadth of undergraduate and graduate studies. Eastern faculty and staff provide excellent one-on-one services to guide you toward your chosen career path. EWU is fully accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. Students study 12 months a year, including the summer.

Conditional Acceptance
Eastern Washington University and Community Colleges of Spokane have set up a new transfer arrangement through which international students can receive admission to Spokane Community College and a guaranteed admission to EWU at the same time. Under the agreement international students who earn associate degrees at either SCC with a certain grade point average and who meet a few admissions criteria may automatically transfer to Eastern to complete their bachelor’s degrees.

Dual Enrollment Benefits for Students
These Dual Enrollment Programs have the following benefits for students:

  • Pre-admission to the University of their choice.
  • Eligibility for scholarships.
  • Special consideration from advisors in planning the University transfer process.
  • No further applications are required.
  • No TOEFL score is required.

There is no obligation under this program. Students are free to apply for transfer to any academic institution at the conclusion of their A.A. program. The Dual Enrollment Program simply creates an option for the student.
